Submit a copy of your optical prescription (must be less than 18 months old), signed by your eyecare practitioner, to assure that your Zeiss prescription lenses are properly crafted to the correct specifications for the sunglass you have ordered. This a legal requirement in California. We cannot complete your order without it.
Please note: Rx orders are not processed until the customer’s sunglasses and valid prescription are received at our facility. Your sunglasses will be sent to our lab for processing and require 4 weeks for Rx lab processing and order fulfillment. In some cases, depending on the frame selection and your prescription, the lab may determine that your Rx cannot be processed in the frame selected. We will keep you updated and will advise you in the event that there is a problem with your order. If your Rx cannot be processed, we will issue you a full refund.
WARNING: Typhoon cannot be held responsible for inaccurate prescription data. If your Typhoon Rx order needs to be corrected due to incorrect information in your prescription, you will be charged $250 to correct the order.
PD Measurements Must Accompany Rx Order! Orders will not be processed without Pupillary Distance measurements. If your PD measurements are hand written they MUST be initialed by your eye doctor or your order will not be processed!
