Believe or not, you're not the first customer that's had this problem. Unfortunately, your dog has voided your warranty. Don't be too disappointed though, we can probably still repair your sunglass.

After you submitted your warranty claim you should have shipped your Typhoon sunglass to us. The shipping address is on the warranty claim notification email that we sent to you. If you do not have that email, please enter your warranty claim number and send us your message. We will reply with the shipping address so you can send in your warranty item.

If your sunglasses have sustained damage - not attributed to misuse or abuse, and you are wondering if they are covered by warranty you must submit a warranty claim. No determinations can be made as to the warranty coverage of your sunglasses without first inspecting them at our facility. Please read our warranty information regarding registration and claims.
